First Day of Preschool

It was Elijah's turn on Wednesday this week to start his year off at Sonshine Kids Preschool. He was so excited to be reunited with all his buddies from last year!

He had his orientation on Monday before school officially started, take a peek:

Head to the gym for a much needed workout!

First Day of Preschool

First Day of 1st Grade!

Well, this is it. 

Grace is officially a full time student. She has entered the realm of the "student". She started school this past Thursday after going to her orientation on Wednesday to meet her teacher. Grace was blessed with a very nice teacher who is new to Progress Elementary!

Grace was also blessed to have been placed in the same class as her next door neighbor and friend, Evelyna. A week before school Grace meet some girls in our neighborhood who will also be going to school with her and one of which, Taylor, will be in her class as well!

There she goes, and this is the part where mommy get's all teary waving goodbye!

After her first week (all of 2 days) Grace says she likes her school, her teacher, and she has made some great friends. However, her absolute favorite thing about 1st grade is. . .
